Director of BFI Funded short 'Cuppa Chai', Amit is an alumna of Screenskills funded  FILMONOMICS programme. 'Cuppa Chai' has been selected for  OBERHAUSEN, the longest running short film festival in the world

She is currently developing her debut feature Kes along with two shorts in pre-production

Amit also directs and produces Arts Council funded documentaries. Her experience spans across formats from India’s earliest web series to critically acclaimed international films and commercials. Working between India and UK, Amit is also on the UK Asian Film Festival board.
